All players are expected to join the lead group on the first tee for a welcome address and team photos. Feel free to arrive earlier to practice. Please see the schedule for session times.
* Denoted players competing from the South Course, blue tees. All other handicaps are calculated from the black tees.
Individual handicaps are calculated based on your current GHIN profile (or from your current scoring average) and are then adjusted according to the GHIN's official course rating for the respective course and tees. For this tournament, handicap allowance is set to 90% which is also output from the GHIN handicap calculator. This is your "playing handicap" for the session.
Session 1 - Four-ball Handicaps:
Each player's handicap is set to their "playing handicap" for the South Course, blue/black tees. Each player's net score counts towards the result for that hole. As a team of two, you will play the best net score.
Session 2 - Foursomes Handicaps:
Each player's handicap is set to half of their "playing handicap" for the North Course, black tees. Your team handicap is calculated by averaging the two players' individual handicaps.
Session 3 - Singles Handicaps:
Each player's handicap is set to half of their "playing handicap" for the North Course, black tees.
Note: For players with an odd handicap, hole index #1 is located on the front nine of the North Course. Therefore your "playing handicap" is adjusted accordingly for sessions 2 and 3.
Team colors are highly recommended, but no player should feel obliged to buy new apparel.
